Instead of spreadsheetsand ten pinned messages.

A spreadsheet works honestly while the community is small. Then a second tab appears, a bot for penalties, a channel for reports — and the truth spreads between them.

What breaksin a roster spreadsheet.

The problem is not the spreadsheet itself but the several other places that always end up next to it holding part of the data.
Roles live apart from rowsSomeone was demoted in the sheet while the Discord role stayed. In the panel the bot grants and removes roles on registration and demotion.
Nobody reads the edit historyWho changed a value and when is technically visible and practically unusable. The log records who did what to whom and cannot be edited.
Access by linkA sheet is either open to everyone or closed to everyone. Here permissions come in three layers: full access, section visibility by position and a matrix of action permissions.
A person does the remindingAn expired leave or a stalled report is remembered by a leader. Rules are checked every 10 minutes and remind on their own.

What changesby the third day.

  1. One record instead of five

A member profile holds the position, the term, penalties, reports and coins, so there are no tabs to reconcile.

  2. A dispute ends with a link

The log cannot be edited and the archive keeps the history of those who left — a review has something to point at.

  3. Routine moves into rules

Reminders, role removal and warnings about expiring terms run without a person.

Questionsabout moving over.

Does the whole spreadsheet have to be migrated?

No. Members reach the panel as they register through the bot, and a leader can add someone manually. The structure and positions are described once.

How much does it cost?

Connecting a server and all the working functionality are free, no card needed. Only Premium is paid — personal profile styling that affects neither permissions nor data.

What if the community uses its own words?

Terms are renamed: a faction becomes a department, coins become points. Labels change while data and permissions stay the same.
