The rules A-Faction runs on: what you can do, what you can’t, and who is responsible for what. Last updated: 12 September 2026

General provisions

A-Faction is a CRM and Discord bot for running a community: members and positions, access permissions, discipline, reporting, economy and related tools. The service is available in the browser, in the Windows and macOS app, and through the bot in Discord.

By using the service — opening the panel, connecting a server or adding the bot — you accept these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the service.

These terms come together with the privacy policy, which describes what data is processed and on what grounds.

Account and access

Sign-in works only through Discord. There is no separate password, so access to the panel equals access to your Discord account.

By using the service you confirm that you:

follow Discord’s terms, including the minimum age requirements in your country;
are responsible for keeping your Discord account safe and for actions taken under it;
don’t share panel access with third parties and don’t use other people’s accounts;
tell the administration if you notice someone else accessing your account.

Connecting a server

A Discord server can be connected by whoever is entitled to make such decisions in the community: the server owner or an administrator authorised by them.

By connecting a server you confirm that you:

have the right to manage the settings of that Discord server;
informed members that their data is kept in the CRM, where your law requires it;
are responsible for the lawfulness of the data your community enters into the panel;
configure access permissions so that member data doesn’t reach outsiders.

What is prohibited

While using the service you must not:

bypass the permission system or forge roles, flags and log entries;
automate limit bypassing, brute-force verification codes or load the service with bots;
probe for vulnerabilities without agreement or try to reach other communities’ servers and data;
enter data that may not be processed by law, or other people’s personal data without grounds;
use the service for harassment, threats, fraud or other unlawful activity;
resell access to the service or present it as your own product.

Breaking these rules leads to restricted access — from blocking a single account to disconnecting the community’s server.

Community data

The data a community enters into the panel belongs to that community. We process it to keep the service running and under the rules described in the privacy policy.

The server owner is responsible for who was granted access to the data and which actions were allowed in the permission matrix.

At the owner’s request the server and its data can be deleted. Some records may remain in logs and backups for as long as is technically necessary.

Premium and payment

The core functionality is free. Premium is paid personal profile styling plus a higher limit of AI reviews; it doesn’t affect permissions or data.

What matters about payment:

Premium is activated right after the payment is confirmed and lasts for the period stated at purchase;
payments go through third-party providers, whose rules and fees apply on top;
when the period ends Premium is removed automatically — there is no auto-renewal.

If a payment went through but the service wasn’t delivered, write to us: we’ll review the case and either refund it or restore access.

Service availability

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it stable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted operation: technical failures, maintenance and outages caused by third parties, including Discord, are possible.

We may change, extend or switch off individual features, and we try to warn about significant changes in advance.

Integrations depend on Discord and other external platforms; their downtime or rule changes can affect how features work.

Liability

The service is a tool for running a community. Decisions about reprimands, hiring and removals are made by the community’s leadership, not by the platform.

We are not responsible for:

decisions the community’s administration makes using the service;
data entered by members and leadership, or its accuracy;
losses caused by third-party outages or by permissions configured incorrectly.

Blocking and termination

Access can be restricted if an account or server breaks these terms or threatens the service and other communities’ data.

The order is as follows:

when the protection triggers, the account is blocked automatically and the reason is shown on screen;
if the block is a false positive, it is lifted manually after you contact us;
for severe or repeated violations access may be terminated without restoration.

Changes to the terms

These terms may change as the service evolves. The current version is always published on this page, and the date of the last update is shown at the top.

We try to announce significant changes in advance — in the Discord community and in panel notifications. By continuing to use the service after the changes take effect, you accept the new version.

Resolving disputes

We prefer to resolve disputes in writing: describe the problem and we’ll look into it on the merits.

If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved in the manner provided by the law applicable at the service operator’s location.
