This Privacy Policy defines how the A-Faction project processes and stores information received when using the website, CRM and related services.

A-Faction is a system for managing Discord communities, their members, roles, discipline and internal workflows.

By using the website and project services, the user confirms acceptance of this Policy.

Data processing is carried out to operate the platform, ensure security and execute user actions within the system.

Access to the platform is provided through Discord OAuth.

During authorization, Discord ID, username, avatar and other public profile data may be processed.

Processing of Discord data is also governed by Discord’s rules and privacy policy.

The user is responsible for all actions performed through their Discord account.

As part of platform operation, notifications about actions, requests, sanctions and other events may be sent to Discord.

The platform may process the following categories of data:

• Registration data: nickname, Discord ID.
• Profile data: avatar, profile background, age, social media links.
• Structural data: faction, role, status, terms of office.
• Discipline data: history of sanctions, reasons, issue and removal dates.
• Economic data: balance, credits, debits, requests.
• Action logs: who did what, to whom and when.
• Technical data: login date, activity and platform events.
• Display and profile privacy settings.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.

The platform uses automated processes, including:

• escalation of sanctions according to configured rules;
• internal currency accrual;
• sending notifications to Discord;
• question generation for interviews;
• real-time synchronization of administrator actions.

These processes are part of the platform logic and operate according to pre-configured rules.

• ensuring operation of the CRM and related services;
• providing access to the profile and platform functions;
• managing roles, structure and discipline;
• maintaining action history and investigating incidents;
• accounting for the internal economy;
• protecting the platform from abuse;
• developing and improving project functionality.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Only authorized users and administrators have access to data within the limits of their permissions.

Anonymized data may be used for analytics and project improvement.

The platform uses cookies for session management, authorization and proper interface operation. Cookies are not used for selling data or third-party tracking.

Data is stored for the duration of platform use or until the account and related records are deleted.

After a deletion request, data is removed within a reasonable period according to the internal project rules.

Certain technical and security logs may be stored longer for incident investigation.

Coins and other internal accounting units are used only within the platform.

They are not a means of payment and cannot be exchanged for money.

Server registration is available to a user who has authorized through Discord.

One Discord account may register only one server unless otherwise provided by project rules.

When registering a server, the user accepts the following conditions:

• one account — one server;
• the server must be used as intended and must not violate platform rules;
• inactive or abandoned servers may be restricted or removed under internal rules;
• the server owner is fully responsible for using the platform within their community;
• data of a deleted server may be removed together with related platform entities;
• re-registration may be restricted after server deletion.

By registering a server, the user confirms acceptance of the platform terms and this Policy.

The project administration may restrict or remove a server in cases of abuse, rule violations or threats to platform stability.

Use of the platform means acceptance of data processing terms and service rules.

The project administration may temporarily restrict or fully block an account in the event of rule violations or abuse of functionality.

Grounds for blocking may include:

• obtaining improper benefit from platform functions;
• manipulating the economy, logs, sanctions or requests;
• using bugs and vulnerabilities;
• bypassing restrictions and protective mechanisms;
• creating multiple accounts to evade sanctions;
• sharing account access with third parties;
• forging data or misleading the administration;
• actions disrupting service stability;
• other actions causing harm to the platform or its users.

In serious cases, blocking may be applied without prior notice.

Blocking may be temporary or permanent.

For security purposes, related logs and technical data may be retained upon blocking.

Internal perks and currency may be revoked upon blocking.

The project administration is not responsible for actions of moderators and leaders inside user servers.

The user accepts the risks associated with using the platform and integrating with Discord.
