A CRM for a creator’scommunity and content studio.

A team grows around a channel: moderators, editors, event helpers. The panel keeps their roster, collects applications through forms and rewards work with an internal currency.
A creator’s week: a moderator application, a stream announcement and rewards after the show.

Sound familiar?Every creator knows this.

Three things that eat the time meant for content.

“Moderator applications land in my DMs and I lose them”

A form with a button collects them in your channel and brings them to the panel with all the answers.

“Helpers burn out: their work is visible nowhere”

Points for shifts and events are awarded through a request and stay in the ledger.

“The announcement gets lost in chat and half of them miss it”

The bot posts a proper announcement in a separate channel instead of a line in the general chat.

Why it fitsa creator and their team.

Three things that hold the community together while you are busy with content.
Intake

A form collects the applications

A message with a button sits in your channel. A person fills in the form, the application lands in the panel and you answer from one place. The fields, the roles with access and the look of the message are configurable.

Every application is in one list instead of five private chats.

Rewards

Contribution is visible in numbers

A helper earns points for an event or a shift, and the shop shows what they can be exchanged for. Every operation stays in the ledger, so “was I credited?” is answered with a link.

The team sees that their work counts.

Announcements

Announcements on behalf of the community

Title, text, color and an image are composed in the builder, and the channel is picked from your guild list. The announcement is sent by the bot and looks the same every time.

What matters does not sink into the chat.

Three situationsfor a creator with a community.

  1. Applications get lost in DMs

A form with buttons in a channel brings the application into the panel, where the whole team sees it, not one person.

  2. Nothing to thank helpers with

Coins for work and a shop with roles or access give a clear exchange instead of promises.

  3. The announcement sinks in the feed

A composed embed with a title, a colour and an image gets read, and the bot posts it for the community.

Questionsfrom creators and their teams.

Is a separate bot needed for forms?

No. Forms, commands, canned replies and selects are configured in the panel and run through our bot in your channels.

Can coins be renamed?

Yes, in Terms — to points, for example. Only labels change; data and permissions stay the same.

Who can see interview recordings?

Your server only. Tracks and the archive are downloaded from the interview card.

What does it cost to start?

Starting is free: a server is connected in a couple of minutes and the main sections are available right away, with no card.

Can an editor be let in without full rights?

Yes: give them a position with access only to the sections they need — the rest stays invisible.
