Forms and commandsthat run in your channels.

A rule from the panel becomes a message with buttons, a slash command, a ready answer or a select menu. Channels and roles are picked from your guild, not typed by hand.

Four kinds of ruleand an announcement builder.

The look of the card, its buttons and what to do with the member’s message are all configured in the “Form settings” section.
Form, command, answer, selectorA form collects a request with buttons, a command returns a list or performs an action, an answer sends a set text, and a selector is a menu where each option replies with its own.
Channels and roles from a listThe panel pulls your guild directory and shows names. A bare ID instead of a name means the bot cannot see that role or channel.
Announcements from the botA message builder: title, text, colour, fields and an image. The finished announcement goes to the channel you choose.

When applicationslive in the chat.

An application sent as a message depends on whether anyone on duty noticed it. A form with buttons brings it into the panel together with the answers.
  1. Recruitment and requests

A form collects answers with buttons and delivers the application to the panel — nothing is copied by hand.

  2. The same question again

A canned reply sends a prepared text, and a select shows a menu where every option answers its own way.

  3. An action right in Discord

A slash command returns a list or performs an action. Command permissions are checked exactly as in the panel.

Common questionsabout forms and commands.

How do a form, a command, a reply and a select differ?

A form collects an application with buttons, a command returns a list or performs an action, a reply sends a prepared text, and a select is a menu where each option answers its own way.

Where is all of it configured?

In Form settings: the card design, the buttons and what to do with the member's message.

Why do I see a number instead of a channel name?

The bot cannot see that channel or role: either it does not exist or the bot has no access. Check that the bot is on the server and that the guild is linked in the settings Overview.

What commands does the bot have?

Profile, log, penalties, registration, archive, coins, shop, demotion, bug report and the command list. The full list is in the general questions.
