If-then rules fire without a human: leave starts, a blacklist entry expires, a report waits for a decision, a member hasn’t shown up in a while.

How a rule worksand who gets the result.

Rules are checked every 10 minutes and fire once per record, so there are no duplicates.

When remindershave to be sent one by one.

Half of a leader's work is remembering someone else's deadline in time. That is exactly the part a rule takes over.
  1. Requests sit undecided

A report, a coin request or a removal appeal with no answer — the rule reminds whoever has to decide.

  2. A member vanished from the log

If someone has been absent for a long time or stopped filing reports, the leadership finds out before the roster gets cleaned at random.

  3. Terms are running out

A leave started or ended, a blacklist record is expiring — none of it has to be kept in anyone's head.

Common questionsabout automations.

How often are rules checked?

Every 10 minutes. A rule fires once per record, so the same notification never arrives twice.

Who receives the notification?

The member or the leadership — specific people or everyone in a position. It can be duplicated to Discord DMs and to a channel.

Which channel does the message go to?

The organisation channel first, if it is set in Structure; otherwise the general channel for that topic.

Which time zone are the terms counted in?

Moscow time (UTC+3), the same as the log and the planner, so it matches for every member.
