Disciplinewithout disputes.

Reprimand types, counters and escalation are configured once, and every action lands in the log and, if needed, in a Discord forum thread.

How a reprimand runsfrom issuing to lifting.

The path is the same from the site and from Discord: issuing, counter, appeal and decision — all with history.
Your own reprimand typesNames, limits and terms follow your community’s rules. Counters are kept separately for each server.
Escalation without manual countingSeveral light reprimands automatically turn into a stricter one — you set the threshold.
Appeals with stagesSubmitted, task, evidence, decision. Appeals arrive from the site and from Discord into one table, and the source is visible in the list.

When disciplineis the same for everyone.

Arguments start where the rules live in a leader's head. Penalty types, limits and the appeal process are described once.
  1. Different levels of strictness

Penalty types, their limits and durations are set on the server, so a verbal warning means the same thing from any leader.

  2. Small violations pile up

Escalation turns several light penalties into a strict one by itself — you set the threshold, nobody counts by hand.

  3. A member asks for removal

The appeal goes through stages: submitted, task, evidence, decision. Requests from the site and from Discord land in the same table.

Common questionsabout penalties.

Where is a penalty issued?

In the member profile or with the /reprimand command in Discord. Permissions are checked the same way in the panel and in the bot.

Do penalties add up across servers?

No. Counters are kept per server and are never summed.

What reaches Discord?

With synchronisation on, penalties and removal appeals are mirrored into a forum thread — every step of the appeal is visible there.

Does inactivity leave clear penalties?

No. Inactivity records an agreed absence, but it does not remove penalties and does not pause time in a position.
