The plannersplits the day into slots.

Members take time for events and shifts. You set the start, the end and the step of the grid yourself, and the time is the same for everyone.

When the daysplits into slots.

Shifts, events and duties stop colliding once there is a single time grid everyone can see.
  1. Events overlap

A taken slot can close the neighbouring ones so two events never start at the same time. The blocking is configured in the Planner section.

  2. Members in different time zones

Slots are counted in Moscow time for everyone, so “at 19:00” means the same thing for every member.

  3. Your own shift format

The start, the end and the step of the grid are yours to set — from short intervals to half-day blocks.

Common questionsabout the planner.

What can be configured in the grid?

The day boundaries, the step, blocking of neighbouring slots and the click action — all in the Planner section of the server settings.

Can a past slot be taken?

Yes, if you allow it: taking past slots is a separate planner setting.

Why does the time differ from mine?

The panel runs on Moscow time (UTC+3) — both the planner and the log — so that it matches for every member.

Who sees the taken slots?

Everyone with access to the section: planner visibility is set on the Permissions tab by position and department.
