Terms and presetsfor your organization.

A faction can become a department, a reprimand a warning, and coins points. Labels change across the whole panel, while data and permissions stay the same.

How presets workand why it is safe.

Terms change words only. A settings preset fills in a ready configuration locally — nothing changes in the database until you press Save.
Your own vocabularyReady sets for each type of organization and manual edits for any term. Only labels change — tables, permissions and data are untouched.
Three word formsSingular, plural and the counted form, so every phrase in the interface reads naturally instead of pasting the same word everywhere.
A settings templateStructure, permissions, reprimands and the planner export to a file and apply on another server. The guild, channels and secrets never go into it.

When the wordsare not yours.

Every community names things its own way. Terms change the labels across the panel without touching data or permissions.
  1. You have departments, not factions

A faction becomes a department, a reprimand becomes a remark, coins become points. Ready-made sets by organisation type are included.

  2. A second server from scratch

A settings template carries the structure, permissions, penalties and planner. The guild, channels and secrets are never carried over.

  3. A look before saving

An applied set is filled in locally: until you press Save, nothing changes in the database.

Common questionsabout terms and presets.

Does the data change with the words?

No. Terms change only the interface labels — tables, permissions and data stay as they were.

Why three word forms?

Singular, plural and genitive, so the interface writes “Not enough points” instead of a broken phrase.

What goes into a settings template?

The structure, permissions, penalties, planner and other settings sections. The guild link, channels, webhooks and secrets never do.

Can an applied preset be rolled back?

As long as the changes are not saved, simply leaving the page is enough: the set is filled in locally and never writes itself to the database.
